I hate Ads! There is nothing more annoying when you go to a website looking for an answer to your question and a pop-up Ad blocks your way. You know the ads, they come out of nowhere or move the site around to force you to look at them. You look for the close button but they make it hard to find, and it really gets annoying. Even worse are the ads that make you wait like 15 seconds before closing – which feels like a lifetime.
I’m sure you hate annoying ads too. But they’re a necessity.
But there’s got to be a better way?
There is!
We take a different approach to this. We do have ads on our site, we try so that they will not overly bug you or keep you from getting to the answer you’re looking for. We want your experience to be great and get the answers to the questions you’re after for.
There is another way we make money. Throughout each post, we have links that are Affiliate links. If you click these links and go through to the site and buy a product we may receive a commission at no cost to you.
We love what we do, and most importantly we love helping people. We know the pain of looking for a product or looking for an answer and being stopped from getting it by annoying ads or mailing list or whatever they may use to slow you down. So we take a different route that is less annoying, and we find that works better for you and us.
We do review products.
Sometimes a company will give us a product to review and sometimes that company will give us a product to review and even pay us to review it. I do want to be clear and say if a company does pay and/or gives a product to review we will state that in the post. Even if we’re given the product, we will still try to give our honest review on the product and honest review from other reviews we find on the internet. The last thing the internet needs is another fake review.
When we do review the product, we may include affiliate links in that review even if we did not get the product for free or the company itself has not set up with us to do a review on their product. Sometimes we go out and buy the product ourselves with our own money to do the review, but we will still put the affiliate links in the post. We will also search the internet to find all reviews and questions people might have about the product and use that to judge a product to see if it fits everyone’s needs.
We find power in numbers, and just my opinion won’t be enough to determine if a product is good for everyone – so we search the internet to see what others are saying so that you don’t have to. Reviews and questions that we search the web for and do a post on them will also have affiliate links in them.
I do know that we’re human, and some of our posts may come off bias at times and the post are our opinions, but we do try to stick to being “straight shooters.”. We always ask ourselves before and after writing a post “is this something I would want to read and does it solve my problem?”. No one intends to read a boring one sided post, so we strive not to write them. We want to give the reader the best information without annoying them, and this is why we do what we do.
