Nothing better than crawling into a nice cool bed belly first! I like to wave my hands across the mattress to soothe me into sleep. I know it sounds a bit odd, but that’s a thing I do when I sleep on my stomach.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the needs of a stomach sleeper are quite different for other positions when it comes to looking for a mattress.

The best type of mattress for a stomach sleeper has got to be the memory foam. The spring is better for the back sleepers and the latex is better for back and side sleepers.
Not just any memory foam will do, you need one that is a bit on the firmer side.

One of the biggest reasons why I started this site was to create an information powerhouse of anything relating to beds. I noticed that all these other review sites lacked giving us the number 1 pick, and would often just list off some random mattresses.

Don’t forget to get a good pillow if you’re a stomach sleeper. The wrong pillow can give you back pains like there is no tomorrow.
